Individual Coaching – An Investment in You. Can you make major life changes without a coach? Absolutely – but studies show that change is faster (and more fun!) when you’ve got the right support. In your first month of coaching you will complete some initial assessments and we’ll schedule one longer session and a follow up to get started. After that, we’ll meet by phone for three 40-minute sessions per month defining your goals and steps to move you forward. Plan on a commitment of at least three months to develop and create the new habits. Many people find they enjoy the benefits of working with a coach for six months to a year. Find Your Focus Intensive. We will work in person for one day to help you find your focus, create a plan and strategies to support you in the next chapter of your life. Every year hundreds of visitors come to Bayfield, Wisconsin to enjoy the beauty of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. Jump Start Session through Enso Spa. Add a coaching session when you visit Bayfield’s ENSO Wellness & Day Spa or stay at Pinehurst Inn. We will clarify your goals and design the first steps to get you moving in a new direction. One hour in-person with a 1/2 hour follow up by phone.
